Job Description
  1. Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.

  2. Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information over phone and in person.

  3. Manage room reservations and booking confirmations efficiently.

  4. Process billing, payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

  5. Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  6. Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or special requirements.

  7. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring a professional and organized environment.

  8. Keep detailed records of daily activities and report relevant information to management.

Note: Duty hours are 10 hours per day.
