Job Description
  1. Welcome and assist walk-in clients, provide accurate information about study-abroad programs, and maintain a professional front-desk environment.

  2. Handle incoming calls, mobile inquiries, emails, and social-media messages promptly and professionally.

  3. Create engaging digital content (posts, reels, videos, flyers) to promote study-abroad opportunities and company services.

  4. Manage and update social-media pages daily to increase student engagement and brand visibility.

  5. Maintain student inquiry records, schedule appointments, and support counselors with documentation.

  6. Promote company activities through online and offline marketing, including events, seminars, and outreach programs.

  7. Provide clear communication and guidance to students, demonstrating confidence, smart presentation, and excellent speaking skills.

  8. Operate computers, phones, and other office devices efficiently while supporting administrative and marketing tasks.
