Job Description

  1. Attend incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media inquiries.

  2. Welcome and assist walk-in customers.

  3. Understand customer property requirements and budget.

  4. Provide accurate property information to clients.

  5. Maintain customer and lead database records.

  6. Conduct regular follow-up with prospective clients.

  7. Schedule property viewing and site visits.

  8. Coordinate between clients and real estate agents.

  9. Respond to customer questions and complaints professionally.

  10. Record customer feedback and report to management.

12. Prepare customer inquiry and follow-up reports.

13. Manage appointments and meeting schedules.

14. Assist clients with documentation requirements.

15. Maintain CRM and customer records accurately.

16. Support sales and marketing activities.

17. Handle online property inquiries and leads.

18. Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

19. Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

20. Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

21. Generate and qualify sales leads.

22. Track lead conversion status.

23. Coordinate property booking processes.

24. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

25. Support property owners and buyers during transactions.

26. Monitor customer service performance metrics.

27. Assist in organizing property exhibitions and events.

28. Maintain office reception and customer waiting area.

29. Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

30. Build long-term relationships with clients and property owners.

Duty Hour: 9AM to 5:30PM.
