Job Description

  1. Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.

  2. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

  3. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries regarding reservations, services, and facilities.

  4. Manage room reservations, bookings, and cancellations using the reservation system.

  5. Provide guests with information about resort services, local attractions, and facilities.

  6. Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.

  7. Handle guest complaints or requests politely and report issues to management when necessary.

  8. Maintain accurate records of guest details, payments, and daily reports.
