Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner

  2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  3. Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state

  4. Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings

  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  6. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges

  7. Provide basic information to clients and guide them to the appropriate department

  8. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

  9. Maintain office supplies and report inventory needs

  10. Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed
