Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Maintain visitor log and enforce security protocols
Provide accurate information to clients, guests, and staff
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks (e.g., filing, data entry)
Assist other departments with administrative support as needed
