Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage front desk operations and maintain office security by following procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Provide basic information to clients and guests.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate with internal staff for visitor needs.
