Job Description
  1. ग्राहकहरुलाई फ्रन्ट डेस्कमा बसेर स्वागत गर्ने, निर्देशन गर्ने आवश्यक परेमा जानकारी दिने

  2. ग्राहकहरुको फोनको जवाफ राम्रोसँग दिने र आवश्यक परेमा फोन कल फर्वार्ड गर्ने

  3. कर्मचारीअथवा संगठनका ठुला व्यक्तिहरुलाइ आधारभूत र सही जानकारी प्रदान गर्ने

  4. दैनिक प्राप्त गरेका मेलहरूको रेकर्ड राख्ने र वितरण गर्ने

  5. फाइलिङ, फोटोकपी, फ्याक्सिङ अन्य लिपिक रिसेप्शनिस्ट कर्तव्यहरू पुरा गर्ने

  6. सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाहरू अपनाएर र अपरिचित व्यक्तिहरुलाइ संगठन भित्र जान नदिएर कार्यालयमा सुरक्षा कायम गर्ने

  7. सुनीक्षीत ठाउँ र यात्राको व्यवस्थ गर्ने र भाउचरहरू तयार गर्ने

    Job description:

    1. Welcome customers by sitting at the front desk, providing directions, and giving information when necessary.

    2. Answer customers' phone calls properly and forward calls when needed.

    3. Provide basic and accurate information to staff or important individuals in the organization.

    4. Keep a record of the daily received mail and distribute it.

    5. Complete filing, photocopying, faxing, and other clerical receptionist duties.

    6. Maintain office security by following security procedures and not allowing unfamiliar individuals to enter the organization.

    7. Arrange for secure parking and travel, and prepare vouchers.

    8. Keep a record of office expenses and costs.

    9. Keep the reception area clean, including all necessary stationery and materials (such as pens, forms, and brochures).

      Duty hour: 10 am to 5 pm
