Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when needed.
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining supplies.
Monitor visitor access, ensure sign-in procedures, and issue visitor badges.
Track and order office supplies.
Respond to general inquiries and provide basic company information.
