Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist / Telle Caller officer at Crack Intakes Educational Services in Kathmandu. The role involves handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, managing clerical tasks, communication with clients and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications 

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in additional languages is beneficial
