Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, manage administrative tasks, follow up with students, maintain paperwork, and handle telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Student Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with students regarding their application status, document submissions, and other queries.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and organize paperwork, files, and records. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Telecalling: Conduct telecalling to prospective students and parents to provide information about our services and schedule appointments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments for education consultants and students.
  • Communication: Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Office Coordination: Assist in the coordination of office activities and events.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
