Schedule and confirm appointments using the spa’s booking system.
Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and pricing.
Manage the check-in and check-out process for clients.
Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage the cash register.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
Coordinate with spa therapists and practitioners to ensure smooth service delivery.
Address and resolve client complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Promote spa services and packages to clients to enhance their experience.
