Job Description
  1. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

  2. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

  3. Receiving and sorting daily mail

  4. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

  5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

  6. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  7. Update calendars and schedule meetings

  8. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

    Note:

    a. Office hour will be 7:30am till 2:30pm.

    b. Not allowed to take leave on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Beside these days, one day holiday will be provided.

    c. Verbal Communication must be strong.

    d. Must have passed +2 or Bachelor.
