· Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
· Handle room reservations in person and via phone.
· Ensure the accuracy of reservation details and payments.
· Confirm reservations and maintain rate knowledge.
· Collect payments accurately (cash, cards, electronic).
· Reconcile cash register daily.
· Manage petty cash and maintain records.
