Job Description

  1. Greet and assist customers or visitors warmly

  2. Answer phone calls and handle inquiries

  3. Manage appointment bookings or reservations

  4. Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately

  5. Issue receipts, refunds, and process transactions

  6. Maintain records of daily transactions

  7. Keep reception and cashier areas clean and organized

  8. Provide basic information about products/services

  9. Coordinate with other departments as needed

  10. Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person

    Note: shifts- Morning/Evening & Night/ 42 hours in week

    facilities:SSF or Other Fund
