-Develops and executes exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. Interpret and

implement quality assurance standards

-Designs and implements test

-Debugging and defining corrective actions. Document quality assurance activities

-Review system requirements and develop metrics to assure quality of product

-Develop release test cases plan and ensure product go through all quality assurance measures

before launching

-Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

-Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

-Have experience to work with Agile Methodologies

-Have inclination towards Automation Testing

-Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

-Experience in UAT testing and load testing

-Knowledge of Automation tools

-Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

Job Specification:

-At least 1-2 year of Experience

-Candidate should have ability to review requirements and product specification document for test

case generation and provide feedback

-Candidate should have ability to communicate with Product Owners, Clients and Development

Team

-Candidate should have ability to review and change quality assurance standard and process flow

-Candidate should be able to estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activity
