Previous experience as a Pub Manager, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
Knowledge of bar/pub operations, inventory, and cash management.
Ability to handle pressure and manage busy working environments.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub.
Supervise and coordinate staff, including bartenders, servers, and support staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally..
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Plan staff schedules and ensure proper staffing during busy hours.
Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure proper service.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing requirements.
Organize promotions, events, and activities to increase sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable rules and regulations.
Monitor staff performance and provide training and guidance when required.
Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports for management
