Supervise and guide the front desk staff team.
Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly.
Manage room reservations and ensure accurate system entries.
Communicate with guests via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner.
Maintain high standards of guest service and uphold the hotel’s image.
Oversee cash handling, billing, and account reconciliation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, finance, and other departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Train new staff and motivate the front desk team.
Note:
Benefit: Only Accommodation, Incentive, Dashain Bonus, Dasai bonus working after 6 months.
Duty hours: 10 hours.
Working day: 6 day in a week.
