Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow to achieve production targets.
Supervise purchasing and inventory-related activities to ensure timely availability of materials.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for the timely procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment.
Track production schedules, monitor progress, and prepare accurate daily production reports.
Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and material availability to avoid production delays.
Maintain accurate production, purchasing, inventory, and procurement records in accordance with company procedures.
Communicate effectively with production staff, suppliers, and management to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless coordination.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and overall operational performance.
