Job Description

  1. Develop and execute purchasing strategies for Gold, Silver, Diamonds & Gems.

  2. Negotiate with vendors and close deals on optimal commercial terms.

  3. Identify and manage reliable suppliers; ensure timely delivery.

  4. Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.

  5. Track market trends and forecast demand.

  6. Conduct cost analysis and control procurement expenses.

  7. Coordinate with Accounts Department for budget planning and vendor payments.

  8. Maintain proper stock levels across all departments.

  9. Ensure accurate tagging, barcode control, and safe stock handling.

  10. Perform cross verification and full physical stock verification regularly.

  11. Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.

    Note: Duty time 10AM to 7:30PM.
