  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका पिज्जा तोकिएको रेसिपी अनुसार तयार गर्ने तथा पकाउने

  2. पिज्जाको डो (Dough), सस तथा टपिङहरू सही तरिकाले तयार गर्ने

  3. अर्डर अनुसार समयमै गुणस्तरीय पिज्जा तयार गर्ने

  4. खाद्य सामग्रीको ताजापन तथा गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  5. ओभन तथा किचनका उपकरणहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने

  6. पिज्जाको स्वाद, प्रस्तुतीकरण तथा गुणस्तर कायम राख्ने

  7. खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा सरसफाइ मापदण्डको पालना गर्ने

  8. किचन तथा कार्यस्थल सधैं सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  9. आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्रीको स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने
