Job Description

  1. Efficiently coordinate and manage the picking ofpackages and ensure timely pick-up.

  2. Receive incoming packages and verify the accuracy of information provided.

  3. Picking the package through different merchants

  4. Outside valley product handover to 3PL.

  5. Maintain constant communication with pick up riders to provide updates, instructions and address any issues or concerns.

  6. Collaborate with customer service representatives to address customer inquiries and resolve delivery related problems.

  7. Collaborate with the warehouse and sorting team to ensure the availability of and proper handling of packages

  8. Utilize tracking system and software to monitor the progress of deliveries and update the status of packages in real time.

  9. Actively identify potential delays or issues and take necessary action to reduce them.

  10. Follow set procedures to address any mismatch, damages, or missing items on time.

  11. Maintain accurate records of picked packages, delivery times, and any incidents.


NOTE: Should have a driving license of Category B
