Job Description
  1. Oversee the entire production department related to pastry and bakery items.

  2. Manage and supervise human resources within the pastry section.

  3. Handle cake making, including preparation, baking, and decoration.

  4. Execute pastry and fondant work with precision and creativity.

  5. Supervise the overall production process of donuts and other baked goods.

  6. Maintain quality control and consistency across all products.

  7. Ensure timely production schedules are met while maintaining product standards.

  8. Order and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for pastry production.

  9. Train, mentor, and motivate pastry staff to achieve high performance.

  10. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.

  11. Innovate and develop new pastry recipes and presentation techniques.

  12. Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies for production.
