  1. Greet customers politely

  2. efficiently and accurately take customers' orders

  3. address customer's questions and concerns

  4. resolve customer complaints

  5. assemble orders correctly to meet quality standards and hygiene requirements

  7. check food presentation is to standard and according to instructions

  8. place food orders in appropriate packaging
