Fooding Available Competitive salary based on experienceProven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques including wok cooking, dim sum preparation, and regional cuisines (Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, etc.).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven experience as a Chef, with at least 6 years of experience in Pan-Asian cuisine (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Asian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
Proficient with kitchen tools and equipment commonly used in Asian cooking, such as woks, sushi knives, etc.
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
