Job Description
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant setting.

  •  Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques including wok cooking, dim sum preparation, and regional cuisines (Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, etc.).

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Proven experience as a Chef, with at least 6 years of experience in Pan-Asian cuisine (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of Asian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.

  • Proficient with kitchen tools and equipment commonly used in Asian cooking, such as woks, sushi knives, etc.

  • Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
