Job Description

  1. डेरी उत्पादन प्याकेजिंग: दूध, पनीर, दही, र घिउ जस्ता विभिन्न डेरी उत्पादनलाई उपयुक्त कन्टेनरमा सुरक्षित र प्रभावकारी तरिकाले प्याकेज गर्नु, सबै प्याकेजिंगले गुणस्तर मापदण्ड र खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमहरू पालन गरेको सुनिश्चित गर्नु।

  2. डेरी उत्पादनको वजन उठाउने".

  3. सफाई र सैनिटाइजिङ: डेरी प्रशोधन उपकरण, कार्यस्थल, र भण्डारण क्षेत्रको नियमित सफाई र सैनिटाइजिङ गर्नु, उत्पादन र प्याकेजिङको लागि सुरक्षित र स्वच्छ वातावरण सुनिश्चित गर्नु। यसमा खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड र मार्गनिर्देशनको पालन गर्नु पर्दछ।

  4. उत्पादनको उठान र ह्यान्डलिङ: डेरी उत्पादनको सुरक्षित उठान र यातायातमा मद्दत गर्नु, उचित ह्यान्डलिङ र भण्डारण सुनिश्चित गर्नु ताकि क्षति वा प्रदूषण नहोस्। यसमा भारी कार्टन वा बाकसहरूको उठान समावेश छ।

  5. गुणस्तर नियन्त्रण: प्याकेजिङको क्रममा डेरी उत्पादनहरूको गुणस्तर र स्थिरता जाँच गर्नु, कुनै पनि दोष वा अनियमितता पहिचान गर्नु, र उत्पादन गुणस्तर वा सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी कुनै पनि समस्या सुपरिवेक्षकलाई सूचित गर्नु।

  6. सुरक्षा र स्वास्थ्य दिशानिर्देशको पालन: कम्पनीका सबै सुरक्षा प्रोटोकलहरूको पालन गर्नु, जसमा व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षात्मक उपकरण (PPE) को सही प्रयोग, हानिकारक सामग्रीको ह्यान्डलिङ, र दुर्घटना र प्रदूषणको जोखिम न्यूनतम गर्नको लागि स्वच्छ र व्यवस्थित कार्यक्षेत्रको पालन गर्नु पर्दछ।

    Job description:

    1. Packaging Dairy Products: Safely and efficiently package various dairy products such as milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter into appropriate containers, ensuring all packaging meets quality standards and complies with food safety regulations.

    2. Carry the weights of dairy products

    3. Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of dairy processing equipment, workstations, and storage areas to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for production and packaging. This includes adhering to food safety standards and guidelines.

    4. Carrying and Handling Products: Assist in the safe lifting and transportation of dairy products, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or contamination. This includes carrying weights of dairy products, including heavy cartons or crates.

    5. Quality Control: Inspect dairy products for quality and consistency during packaging, identifying any defects or irregularities, and notifying supervisors of any issues related to product quality or safety.

    6. Adherence to Safety and Health Guidelines: Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), handling hazardous materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to minimize the risk of accidents and contamination.

      Duty hour: 6 am to 5pm
