Coordinate and assign daily duties to team members

Train new staff and ensure team follows procedures
Maintain employee attendance and shift records
Assist in scheduling and reporting to management
Communicate clearly between kitchen, bar, and floor teams
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and verify legal age
Must be capable of creating PR (Public Relation)
