Lead, motivate, and support café staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering of stock
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance skills and maintain service standards
Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports
Work closely with the management team to implement promotions and meet sales targets
Note:
Duty time: 8-9 hours.
Working day: 6 day in a week.
