Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the business performance of the outlet.Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.

  2. Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.

  3. Train, manage and motivate staff.

  4. Respond to customer queries and complaints.

  5. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

  6. Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.

    Other Specification

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/ Hospitality Management/Administration with least 1 year of experience in hotel/ fast food/ hospitality industry.

  2. Must have leadership traits to manage more than 15 team members.

  3. Must have sufficient knowledge in financial management.
