Job Description

  1. Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.

  2. Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.

  3. Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.

  4. Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.

  5. Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.

  6. Interview and hire associates for outlet operations.

  7. Schedule orientations and job trainings for outlet associates.

  8. Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.

  9. Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.

  10. Organize special events and entertainments to attract more customers.

  11. Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.

  12. Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.

  13. Assist in cash handling activities and develop expense and revenue reports.
