Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant as the primary business unit while ensuring smooth coordination of the salon and jersey store to maintain overall operational efficiency.
Lead, supervise, and motivate employees across all outlets, ensuring high standards of customer service, staff productivity, and adherence to company policies.
Monitor sales, control operational costs, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across the restaurant, salon, and retail shop.
Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing customer feedback and resolving complaints promptly and professionally across all business units.
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and operational standards in the restaurant, while ensuring the salon and jersey shop comply with applicable business regulations and company procedures.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports, monitor outlet performance, coordinate with management on business improvements, promotions, and staffing, and provide operational support to the salon and jersey shop as required.
