Job Description:


We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Outlet In charge to oversee the daily operations of multiple Sweet Fix outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth outlet operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service, support and train outlet staff, and respond quickly to operational issues. This role requires regular travel between outlets and the ability to solve problems independently while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all outlets.

  • Visit outlets regularly to ensure cleanliness, product quality, and brand presentation standards are maintained.

  • Train, guide, and support outlet attendants on customer service, billing procedures, hygiene, and company SOPs.

  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and provide support during staffing shortages.

  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.

  • Respond to emergencies such as freezer breakdowns, power failures, equipment issues, or urgent stock requirements.

  • Coordinate outlet maintenance, repairs, and supplier/vendor visits.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Operations and Logistics team for timely replenishment.

  • Manage outlet assets, supplies, and purchase requests.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.

    Required Qualifications

    • Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

    • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or outlet operations.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

    • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple outlets. Basic Excel/POS reporting knowledge.

    • Willingness to travel between outlets and respond to operational emergencies during operating hours.

    • Required Documents: CV, PAN Card, and Citizenship Certificate

    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cafés or Big Mart.
