Leave Facility As per company ruleOperations Management: Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring efficient service, quality control, and adherence to company standards.
Team Supervision: Manage and supervise outlet staff, assign tasks, ensure proper training, and maintain a positive work environment.
Customer Satisfaction & Sales: Ensure excellent customer service, address complaints or concerns, and work to meet or exceed sales targets.

Duty hours: 8 hours, from 2 PM to 10 PM.
Vehicle preference: Candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred.
Language requirements: Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are required.
Leave policy: 1 day leave per week will be provided.
There are 5 outlets in total, so candidates must be flexible to work across all locations as needed.
NOTE : 1500rs for lunch per month.
