Job Description
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, expenses, and cash flow.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Monitor budget and expenditure, providing insights to optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, filing returns and maintaining proper documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and staff salary management.
Collaborate with management to plan financial strategies and forecasts.
Note: Duty hour is 8 hours per day.
