Job Description

  1. Assist in daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

  2. Support and learn from a highly experienced and organized accounts lead.

  3. Record and update financial data in existing accounting systems.

  4. Raise invoices and ensure timely billing to clients or customers.

  5. Post journal entries and assist in reconciling accounts.

  6. Maintain ledgers for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  7. Communicate with vendors to resolve billing or ledger discrepancies.

  8. Manage day-to-day e-commerce accounting requirements and deliver actionable results through data analysis.
