Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the hospital canteen to ensure efficient service delivery.

  2. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hospital quality standards.

  3. Manage canteen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

  4. Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain uninterrupted operations.

  5. Maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

  6. Control operational costs and reduce food wastage through effective resource management.

  7. Prepare operational reports and coordinate with hospital management to achieve service objectives.

    Note:

    Duty Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) are highly encouraged to apply
