Job Description

  1. Oversee daily resort operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.

  2. Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

  3. Coordinate with department heads to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  4. Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

  5. Supervise inventory control, procurement, and proper maintenance of resort assets.

  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  7. Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.

  8. Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to management.
