Job Description

  1. सवारी साधन (Vehicle Fleet) को दैनिक अपरेसनहरूको समग्र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  2. सर्भिस डेलिभरी प्रभावकारी, समयमै र गुणस्तरीय हुने सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  3. ड्राइभरहरूलाई व्यवस्थापन गर्ने तथा कामको समन्वय गर्ने

  4. सवारी साधनहरूको समय तालिका (Scheduling) मिलाउने र सञ्चालनमा समन्वय गर्ने

  5. सवारी साधनहरूको अवस्था (Condition) नियमित जाँच तथा मर्मत व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  6. कम्पनीका नीति तथा यातायात नियमहरूको पालना सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  7. लागत नियन्त्रण (Cost Control) गर्दै सञ्चालनलाई प्रभावकारी बनाउने

  8. ग्राहक सन्तुष्टि उच्च राख्ने र सेवा सुधारका उपाय अपनाउने

  9. सबै सवारी साधनको मूभमेन्ट (Movement) ट्र्याक गर्ने र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  10. Excel प्रयोग गरी रिपोर्टिङ, डाटा इन्ट्री तथा विश्लेषण गर्ने

  11. दैनिक, साप्ताहिक तथा मासिक रिपोर्ट तयार गर्ने

  12. अन्य विभागसँग समन्वय गरी काम सञ्चालन गर्ने
