Job Description

  1. कार्यालयको दैनिक सरसफाइ तथा कार्यस्थल व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  2. कागजात, फाइल तथा कार्यालय सामग्रीहरू मिलाएर राख्न सहयोग गर्ने

  3. चिया/पानी सेवा तथा आगन्तुकहरूको सामान्य सहयोग गर्ने

  4. कार्यालयका साना–ठूला काममा स्टाफलाई सहयोग गर्ने

  5. आवश्यक परे फोटोकपी, स्क्यान तथा कागजात वितरण गर्ने

  6. कार्यालय सामग्री (स्टेसनरी, सरसफाइ सामान आदि) को हेरचाह गर्ने

  7. वरिष्ठले दिएको निर्देशन अनुसार अन्य कार्यालय सहयोगी काम गर्ने

  8. कार्यालयको अनुशासन, समयपालन र गोपनीयता कायम रा
