● Collecting and distributing couriers, parcels or bills of office to clients and
vendors.
● Deliver invoices to the client on a regular basis
● Collect due payments of the client and deposit it in the bank on a regular basis
● Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
● Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.
● Basic daily bookkeeping and filing.
Skills and Specifications
● Ability to write in English and Nepali clearly.
● Have a valid driver's license.
● Have a two wheeler vehicle. (preferred)
● Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
● Knowledge of consumer service practices and principles.
● Good communication skills.
● Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
Wage and Schedule
● Fix monthly salary will be commensurate according to skills and experience
● Work full-time in-house but will have flexibility in daily timings (10 AM - 5 PM) or
(11 AM - 6 PM) according to the work schedule
