Job Description
  1. Strong leadership and management skills

  2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

  4. Experience in administration or office management preferred

  5. Ability to monitor performance and enforce accountability

  6. Manage petty cash with proper tracking and documentation

  7. Prepare and submit monthly operational reports (attendance, expenses, inventory, etc.)

  8. Maintain organized records to ensure transparency and efficiency

  9. Coordinate with the finance team for budgeting and expense planning

  10. Handle official communication requests and documentation

  11. Experience in administration or office management preferred
