Job Description

  1. Preparing and cooking Indian cuisine, pizza and other typical Nepali food from 7pm to 4 am , ensuring food is made to order and adheres to restaurant or kitchen standards.

  2. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, sanitize workstations, and ensure the kitchen is ready for the next shift.

  3. Monitor ingredient levels, restock as needed, and report shortages or replenish supplies to prevent delays in service.

  4. Adhere to food safety guidelines and workplace protocols, ensuring the food is prepared safely and the kitchen environment remains hazard-free.

  5. Interact with night customers, fulfilling special requests or addressing dietary restrictions promptly
