Job Description

  1. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.

  2. Accurately handle cash, digital payments, and other transactions.

  3. Perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for billing and cash reconciliation.

  4. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced night shift environment.

  5. Maintain attention to detail while processing orders and payments.

  6. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cashier area throughout the shift.

  7. Collaborate with other staff to support smooth restaurant operations.

  8. Prepare and submit daily closing reports, following safety and operational guidelines.
