Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting, preferably with night audit experience.
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of IDS is plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.
High level of accuracy in financial reconciliation, report generation, and guest account management.
Strong ability to address guest concerns and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a positive guest experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
