नेपाली, भारतीय तथा चिनियाँ परिकारहरू स्वादिष्ट र गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने।
तोकिएको मेनु अनुसार विभिन्न प्रकारका खाना समयमै पकाउने र प्रस्तुत गर्ने।
किचनको सरसफाइ तथा हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।
कच्चा सामग्रीको तयारी (कटिङ, मेरिनेशन, स्टक तयारी आदि) गर्ने।
सामग्रीको स्टक जाँच गर्ने र आवश्यक परे व्यवस्थापनलाई जानकारी दिने।
ग्राहकको अर्डर अनुसार स्वाद र परिकारको गुणस्तर कायम राख्ने।
किचन उपकरणहरूको सही प्रयोग र मर्मतसम्भारमा ध्यान दिने।
अन्य किचन स्टाफसँग समन्वय गरी टिमवर्कमा काम गर्ने।
