Job description:
Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines (e.g., Indian, Chinese, etc.) while maintaining consistency in taste, appearance, and quality.
Menu Planning and Recipe Development: Assist in developing new menu items, plan seasonal offerings, and adapt recipes to meet dietary restrictions or customer preferences.
Kitchen Management: Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensure proper food storage and inventory control.
Collaboration with Staff: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours, delegate tasks when necessary, and uphold food safety standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and adjust recipes or cooking methods accordingly to meet or exceed expectations, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
