Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes across multiple cuisines while maintaining consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

  2. Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, food preparation procedures, and plating guidelines.

  3. Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

  4. Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and coordinate with the kitchen team regarding stock and requirements.

  5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times.

  6. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and smooth service, especially during busy periods.

  7. Contribute to menu development, suggest new dishes and improvements, and minimize food wastage while maintaining operational efficiency.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 11 AM - 9 PM
