Job Description

  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका परिकारहरू (नेपाली, इन्डियन, चाइनिज, कन्टिनेन्टल आदि) तयार गर्ने

  2. खाना पकाउने सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  3. नयाँ मेनु तथा परिकारहरूको योजना बनाउने

  4. आवश्यक सामग्रीको गुणस्तर जाँच गर्ने र प्रयोग गर्ने

  5. भान्सा सफा, सुरक्षित र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  6. खाना स्वादिष्ट र आकर्षक प्रस्तुतीका साथ तयार गर्ने

  7. Kitchen staff हरूसँग समन्वय गरी काम गर्ने

  8. ग्राहकको आवश्यकता अनुसार खाना तयार गर्ने

  9. Food hygiene तथा safety standards पालना गर्ने

  10. आवश्यक परेमा inventory तथा stock management गर्ने

    Duty time 12PM to 8PM.
