  1. विभिन्न देशका (नेपाली, इन्डियन, चिनियाँ, कन्टिनेन्टल आदि) परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने

  2. मेनु अनुसार खाना पकाउने र नयाँ परिकार विकास गर्ने

  3. खाना पकाउँदा गुणस्तर, स्वाद र प्रस्तुतीमा ध्यान दिने

  4. किचनको सरसफाइ, हाइजिन र फुड सेफ्टी मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  5. कच्चा पदार्थको सही प्रयोग र स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने

  6. अर्डर अनुसार समयमै खाना तयार गरी सर्भिस सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  7. किचन स्टाफलाई निर्देशन दिने र टिमवर्कमा काम गर्ने

  8. ग्राहकको प्रतिक्रिया अनुसार खानाको गुणस्तर सुधार गर्ने
