Job Description

  1. विभिन्न क्युजिन (Nepali, Indian, Continental, Chinese आदि) का परिकारहरूमा निपुण भई स्वाद र प्रस्तुति अनुसार खाना पकाउने।

  2. मेनु डिजाइन गर्ने, नयाँ रचनात्मक परिकारहरू विकास गर्ने।

  3. खाना पकाउने क्रममा गुणस्तर, स्वच्छता र पोषणको ख्याल राख्ने।

  4. किचन स्टाफलाई तालिम दिने र नेतृत्व गर्ने।

  5. सामग्री (Ingredients) को व्यवस्थापन, स्टक नियन्त्रण गर्ने र नोक्सानी कम गर्ने।

  6. ग्राहकको मागअनुसार खाना परोस्ने र सन्तुष्टि सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  7. सुरक्षा मापदण्ड र होटल/रेस्टुरेन्टको नीतिअनुसार काम गर्ने।

  8. खाना पकाउने उपकरणहरूको हेरचाह गर्ने र सफा राख्ने।

  9. समय व्यवस्थापन गर्दै धेरै परिकारहरू एकैसाथ तयार गर्ने क्षमता प्रदर्शन गर्ने।
